Take a moment to view the property map located on the back of your guestroom door. This will help you find fire exits and exit staircases on your floor.
Familiarize yourself with the locations of fire extinguishers and alarm pull stations on your floor.
Locate the "Off" button of your air conditioner.
Note:Turning off the air conditioner can prevent smoke from entering your room in case of a fire.

Please ensure the security of your room by using the deadbolt to lock the door.
Utilize the additional safety latch to further reinforce your security.

Admittance
Always verify the identity of unfamiliar individuals before granting them access to your room.
If you are uncertain about someone's identity, consider contacting the front desk for assistance.
It is pivotal to keep your room keys in a secure place.
Avoid leaving your key inside the room or on the door to prevent any inconvenience.
Do not give your keys to strangers.
Before leaving for the day, remember to leave your keys at the front desk.

Cover your nose and mouth with a damp towel folded into a triangle.
Seek assistance from the front desk.
Notify the service team about the situation.
Crawl towards the door.
Check the doorknob's temperature.
In Case of a Tornado or Severe Weather
During emergencies, the city's Civil Defense Sirens will be activated. The hotel's fire alarm system will also be triggered to alert the guests. In such situations, guests should follow the evacuation procedures to reach the lowest floor as per our protocol.
Our hotel staff is available to assist you throughout the process. The hotel administration will make every effort to contact you by phone or visit your room to provide information about the situation.
Scenario A:
If it feels cold, gently open it and exit the room. Remember to take your room key along.
Scenario B:
If it feels hot, refrain from opening the door and wait patiently for our service team's assistance.
Scenario 1:
Proceed to the emergency exit stairs if the hallway is free of smoke.
Scenario 2:
If the hallway is filled with smoke, return to your room for immediate guidance and safety assistance.
